After THC (Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol), hemp CBD is by far the most studied natural cannabinoid. According to many researchers, CBD may be the single most important cannabinoid ever discovered. The human body has cannabinoid receptors located throughout the body and are part of the endocannabinoid system. This system is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood and memory.

Our 100% THC-free products contain absolutely no THC. The remainder of our products use full spectrum oil which contain less than 0.3% THC.

All products at Sonoran Desert CBD are legal because they are derived exclusively from hemp, and no prescription is required. We offer both 100% THC free, as well as Full Spectrum products (less than 0.3% THC). Our products are legal for air transport and we ship discreetly to all 50 states.

Hemp and Marijuana are both cannabis, however, hemp has under 0.3% THC. Although CBD can be found in marijuana, it is not legal in marijuana. CBD from hemp is legal. Hemp is cannabis that grows as nature intended, and it’s naturally rich in cannabidiol (CBD), while most marijuana is carefully cultivated to be high in THC and low in CBD. When hemp is grown from specific cannabis varieties that have even higher levels of CBD naturally, it doesn’t make legal or practical sense to obtain CBD from marijuana.

Through a combination of our unique cultivation, advanced plant genetics and growing techniques, an exceptionally high percentage of CBD can be produced naturally and consistently in the hemp plant. And through the application of proprietary technologies, we have perfected a means of extracting CBD from hemp with an almost 99% purity rate, creating legal and non-psychoactive CBD-rich hemp oil.

Lecithin is a natural emulsifier that keeps fats from separating from other fluids. It is critical to healthy cell function in several ways. By keeping the cell membranes soft and permeable, various nutrients can be more easily absorbed. By adding lecithin to our products the body can absorb CBD much more effectively.

Our MCT is harvested from 100% coconuts, and processed for purity. Unlike most other brands that harvest MCTs from palm oil, (a much cheaper and environmentally taxing source), by using pure coconut oil we also deliver approximately 30% Lauric Acid, an important form of MCT that acts as a slower burning fuel source. This is an excellent complement to the faster burning C8 and C10 chains (38% and 31% respectively), allowing for a longer energy curve and an optimized digestive experience. In addition, Lauric Acid is a raw source material for the production of monolaurin, a potent nutrient not often found in the normal diet. Monolaurin is actually found naturally occurring in human breast milk and is seldom found in the normal diet.

All of our products (excluding our 100% THC-free tinctures) are made with full spectrum CBD oil. This means they have naturally occurring terpenes, and other cannabinoids such as CBN and CBG.

Customers typically take our products 1-3 times per day. Although our standard dosage is 10-60mg per serving, people in extreme circumstances take up to 500mg per day.
